For three days, students met in their committee rooms with other students who flew in from all around the world. There were thousands of middle school students participating! in these conference rooms students would have to speak in front of the student body of their room discussing world issues such as harmful traditional practices on women to genetically modified foods. As a delegation of 26 we represented 13 committees and performed extremely well in every room. Our resolutions were passed in every room and we even received an Honorable Mention for our delegates Hemani Marfatia and Akshat Parthiban who participated in committee The Commission on Narcotic Drugs (CND).
